Most people get into the area of health and wellness following a personal struggle in their own life, I am no different. My husband and I started on our wellness journey following the realization that our health was not up to scratch and this had affected our ability to have children. However the journey towards this realization was a long and arduous one which has changed our life dramatically for the better.
This website is not specifically about our past but its more based on our future which looks very bright in a different way than we had originally imagined. I love to motivate people to get the best out of their life. I was lucky enough to gain an insight earlier on in my life about how to change it for the better and I wanted to mainly share this in the way of little bits and pieces that has helped me immensely.
Not everyone is ready to make dramatic changes in their lives, I feel like you have to reach a health point where you actually realize what you have been doing for your whole life has ramifications. I would be hopeful that some of the information that I share will relate to someone and help to kick-start the change for a better life for at least one person who is ready.
